Jaybee Supplies – Staff Uniform & PPE Disclaimer

I acknowledge and agree to the following terms while employed by Jaybee Supplies:
 

1. Uniform & PPE

- I must wear only the official Uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Jaybee Supplies during working hours or when representing the company.
- I understand that PPE provided by the company has been specifically selected to ensure compliance with workplace risk assessments, health & safety legislation, and company policies.
- I understand that I am not authorised to wear any Uniform or PPE other than that issued by Jaybee Supplies.
- I acknowledge that failure to wear the correct Uniform and PPE may result in disciplinary action.
 

2. Conduct

- I must behave in a professional and appropriate manner at all times when representing Jaybee Supplies, whether on company premises, client sites, or in public.

3. Return of Uniform & PPE

- Upon termination of my employment, whether voluntary or otherwise, I am required to return all Uniform and PPE allocated to me in good condition (subject to reasonable wear and tear).
- I acknowledge that failure to return company property may result in deductions from final pay, in line with company policy and employment law.
